Campaign Story

We are Carson and Michael, and we have three biological children; Paisley, Juliet and Mikey.

In September 2023 we celebrated 10 years of marriage! We are night and day, but hey, opposites attract right? We are each other’s best friend, partner in crime and soulmates.

We live a quiet and simple life out in the country on 34 acres. We love attending to our animals on our mini farm, gardening and doing anything outdoors as a family, like camping, fishing and swimming. We are a close family and spend a lot of time together and with extended family. We love getting together to let cousins play, laugh and share a meal together.

We are also very involved in our church; we love to attend church events and get to know other families in the community.

Carson is a stay-at-home-mom and homeschools our children. We believe in using daily life to teach our children life skills, such as homesteading. Michael works as a maintaince man and can fix or build just about anything!

In 2020, we began the journey of becoming an interim care foster family for Miriam’s Promise in Nashville. Our first year we had 6 babies! I can’t express enough how this simple act has blessed our ENTIRE family, yes, that included our children! They looked forward to holding and helping care for the infants just as much as we did. We believe the ability to love, nurture and teach children is a gift God placed in us and we want to teach our children what service looks like by showing love and compassion to the fatherless. Even though we have enjoyed this loving and rewarding service, our hearts are being pulled into the direction of adoption. We would really love to welcome a little one into our family forever.
